· We offer 1.2 meters power adapter for NVR, and 2 meters power adapter for the camera(AU Plug is 1.5 meters), to make sure you have enough length for installation.

Shipment

1. The goods will be sent within 7 days once your payment has been verified.
2. We do not accept PO BOX addresses, and only ship to confirmed order addresses, your order address must match your shipping address, ordered item and shipping address can’t be changed after item shipped.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, which is activated upon receipt. If the product itself is proved to be defective within the warranty period, it can be repaired or replaced. The warranty does not cover any incidental, accidental or indirect losses arising from the use of the customer and losses caused by natural disasters.
Warranty products will be carried out in accordance with the following rules:
1. Free replacement within 1 month after receiving the goods.
2. Pay the shipping fee for the warranty product within 2-4 months after receiving the goods.
3. Pay 50% of the previous purchase price within 5-8 months after receiving the goods.
4. Pay 80% of the previous purchase price within 9-12 months after receiving the goods.
