1, Q: What iPhone version supports Wireless Carplay? And what Android version support wireless Android Auto?
A: iPhone 6 and above version supports wireless carplay; It requires 5G WiFi function for Android cellphones to supports wireless Android auto.( 4G Android cellphones if with 5G wifi function is applicable)

2,Q: Can I use a bluetooth headset to listen to Maxca C5 Pro?
A: Yes, you're able to listen the all the audio via bluetooth headset/helmet(music, navi etc) by pairing it to Maxca C5 Pro, and you can make the phonecalls by it (improvement)

3,Q: Can I use Carplay and Android auto at the same time?
A: No, Carplay for apple phone while auto play for android phone system.

4,Q: Does Maxca C5 have a built-in battery? Why it reset the time everytime I switch on it.
A: No, the device doesn't have a battery, that's why it does not save the time, but it will sync the time once you get CarPlay connected, it does not sync the time from an Android phone, but Android auto menu connect will display the corret time.

5,Q: How do I make the Carplay or Android auto connection?
A: There are 2 ways for you to make Carplay or Android auto connection:
1, Wireless-- Pair your phone with Xplay by bluetooth first, then comfirm to use Carplay or Android auto on your phone, the connection is 5G WiFi And Carplay will connect automatically for iPhone after initial pairing, Android phones require a tape on screen to confirm to use Android auto, please note you have to keep your phone's bluetooth and WiFi on;

2, USB connection

A: Yes, it has built-in microphone and speaker

7 Q:What is the time of delivery?
A: We usually ship the orders within 24 hours by Aliexpress standard shipping, and it takes around 7-14 days to arrive most of Countries, no worry about estimated delivery time which Aliexpress states;

Notes:

1 It supports Cardo, Sena, Midland Next Pro, Vemoto V8 BT intercom etc (Those BT intercom which supports 2nd phone/GPS/tablet pairing mode), but its not compatible with Midland Rush intercom currently (HFP/HSP ), it also supports bluetooth smart speakers like Amazon Echoshow 5 etc, and BT dongles;

2, Please dont connect your phone to iWatch or any Android Smart watch while CarPlay or Android auto is working, those 3rd bluetooth devices will lead CarPlay and Android auto failed;

3, Dont use your phone as WiFi hotspot while CarPlay or Android auto is working;

4, Delete BT helmet or other device from your Android phone bluetooth device list, otherwise wireless Android auto wont work properly;
( if you need to use BT helmet, pair the helmet bluetooth after phone and device connected)

5, Huawei phone (EMUI )users need to go phone developer options, enable "Mobile data always on", so that wireless Android auto will work, otherwise only wired Android auto.
